Active deliverable per Jesse 2026-04-25: LÏEF self-performs SABS LÏEF Block structural walls + concrete slab + foundations + mezzanine framing on a 34,627 SF / 2-story youth-church facility at 4626 W Tonopah Dr, Phoenix. Quantities: 700 LF exterior perimeter × 24' = 16,800 SF exterior + 1,500 LF interior bearing × 14' = 21,000 SF interior = 37,800 SF total LÏEF Block panel area, 2,200 LF total install, 75,600 SF SABScrete coverage both sides; 30,496 SF SOG + 4,131 SF elevated 2nd-floor slab; 700 LF perimeter footings + interior bearing grade beams. Unit rates: $36/SF panel material, $88/LF install, $4.73/SF SABScrete (Scott Nelson ADU anchors). Direct $2,463,988 + 8% GC + 10% OHP = $2,907,506. Side-by-side traditional comparison: $1,400,164 (PEMB walls allocated 45% of $1.03M + interior partitions + same foundations/slab). Roof deferred.
