Interior TI for medical offices ('Shrek Medical Offices' per Strata file). 10'-0" walls with ceiling lids (lids replace lay-in ceiling, take surface lighting + HVAC ducts). Existing hollow walls remain. Solid-fill new walls.

LÏEF/ACG labor + drywall+furring bid for interior partition wall install with 10'-0" hung-drywall lid. SABS material by Strata as pass-through (visible, no markup). Wall stack: 6" EPS + SABScrete + furring + 5/8" GWB both sides. Lid: furring + 5/8" GWB. Finish Level 4. Foam reinstall after MEP rough-in = $1,500 allowance (DIV 06A). LÏEF procures drywall (Strata never supplies drywall). Excluded: lid penetration cutouts, surface fixtures/HPC/duct boots, MEP rough-in, firestop — by other subs. Kanopi format (Mercury v1.3 design language).
