Work Scope

Full SABS structural shell (exterior + interior walls + roof + structural SABScrete coat both faces) over traditional slabs (restaurant + patio + secondary pad). LÏEF/ACG self-performs concrete + SABS install labor + coat + P/U adhesive + foam reinstall; Strata supplies SABS material direct to Owner (pass-through, $105,552.78). Excludes the pad's SABS shell, MEP, finishes, equipment, site work, soft costs.

Scope Summary

FULL SABS shell (exterior + interior walls + ROOF) + traditional slabs (restaurant 2,434 + patio 330 + secondary pad 2,285 = 5,049 SF). Roof IS in scope (roof block on the Strata material list). LIEF self-performs concrete + SABS install + structural coat + P/U adhesive + foam reinstall; Strata material pass-through. Markup O&A 10% + Profit 12% (no insurance); SABS labor:material 0.76.
